Feeling a bit uncomfortable with booking over the Web? I'm proud to say that most of my guests are "Internet customers". However, if you would like checking with The La Brisa Condominium Association office first (305-294-1901). They would be able to verify our condo. We have owned Kokomo since 2000, I have added a few comments starting around 2014.

Teri and I thank you for renting your LaBrisa condo to us for our recent trip. Everything about our stay was superb. We could not be more satisfied with both the unit and LaBrisa. Anything and Everything anyone could need was in your unit. You have all the bases covered. The bed and pillows, the shower head, the amenities of the property were 5 star quality. Even had the opportunity to meet a couple of owners from your owners association who could not have been nicer.
We are back home now and are smiling from ear to ear with positive memories from our Key West vacation. To be able to enjoy your Key West home as we did tops our list (along with the fantastic weather)!
Thank you so much. I hope in the future you will allow us to vacation again in your unit at LaBrisa. Again it was top shelf all the way!

Marie was a pleasure to work in the time leading up to our vacation and after. She made the rental process stress free as she is very well organized. She thought of everything! The condo is spacious and very nice. It was much larger than we expected and gave everyone plenty of room to stretch out and relax. You feel right at home as the condo is well stocked with everything that you need, towels, linens, beach chairs, full kitchen and much more. I highly recommend staying at the Kokomo. We enjoyed our vacation very much and would definitely rent again in the future.

What a beautiful home you have in Key West! My family and I had the best time. We loved the convenience of being so close to the beach & pool. You even had beach toys already there for our use. Thank you for opening up your home to us it is absolutely wonderful.

It was in February of 2007 when we first visited Key West, staying for a week in an inn in the center of town. We immediately fell in love with this special city. Arriving home, we decide to return for a month and to our great fortune found Kokomo via an Internet search. 2014 was our seventh consecutive year and we have already booked for 2015; there can there be no higher recommendation than eight repeated bookings. The Kokomo Condo is great; very clean and very well kept. It has very comfortable beds, comfortable sofa and chairs, balcony overlooking the Atlantic, excellent Wi-Fi and is situated in a quiet complex (La Brisa) which is well maintained and includes a very nice (heated) pool. We enjoyed our stay only wished we could stay longer. We took our bikes which gave us the most enjoyment, because everything was within bike range, and we managed to see all of key west. We enjoyed the pool, tennis court and barbecue area, they were all excellent. The weather could not have been any better. Harry 3/2015

As soon as we walked into the airy beautiful condo, we knew our vacation was going to be perfect. The balcony facing the water was our favorite. The master bedroom was so peaceful with the most incredible views of the water. Waking up to that every morning was a joy! Your condo has to be in what I think was the best spot on Key West. Beautiful view away from the hustle bustle but only a bike ride or very short car ride from everything. Loved the decor in the condo, a very nice feel for someone getting away from winter in Michigan. It had everything we could ask for and more! I think we barely scratched the surface of things to do and see in our too short of stay there. Mallory Square, Southern most point and an evening on Duval Street was of course on our list. Next time would like to spend more time just living like a local, whatever that is, haha. On our way out of the Keys we stopped by the Dolphin Research Center and our 19 yr old daughter got a tee shirt painted by a dolphin. The look on her face was priceless and worth the stop.
