Kokomo is licensed for transient rentals by State, County and City of Key West.
For your safety check and make sure your rental is licensed by the City and State. The City is checking on illegal rentals. If yours is not legal, you could be removed and will loose your monies.

The La Brisa Condominiums do not accept:
Pets of any size, boats, wave runners, trailers, RV'S, Student groups, College/University spring breakers.
Must be 26 or over to rent.
