La Brisa Condominiums amenities are Heated pool, Wi-Fi by cover area, showers, jacuzzi, his & hers saunas,tennis court, BBQ area, security cameras in a gated community. The pool & club house is located in the middle of the complex.
La Brisa is comprised of 4 buildings. La Brisa is always maintaining the property and working on projects. Because we are ocean front the buildings always needs attention. Unfortunately we do not have a time frame when any work will start. It will not stop because you're on vacation. Do to lack of workers in the island, projects take time to finalize.
The La Brisa pool is heated on those cool days or nights. But cool on hot days, due to reversible jet pumps.
There is no smoking in the pool grounds.

Cover Deck:
You will have access to La Brisas Wi-Fi, information is found on the bulletin board. There are shaded areas if you don't want to much sun and open areas if you changed your mind.
Smoking area is off the pool area and tennis court toward the North building. Next to electric car charging station.
La Brisa Condominiums:
Kokomo is located ocean front on the 3rd floor of the East building.
Jacuzzi accommodates up to 8 people.

Access to Pool area:
Behind your building in the middle of the complex, you will find the pool area ,tennis court, club house/office and BBQ area. Access to pool is 24/7 with key, the path is lit up at night.
