Smathers Beach, is one of four beaches within the City. It is one of the largest and is well known for its spring breaks. It houses restrooms and shower facilities along with volleyball courts, a boat ramp para-sail, jet ski, snorkel, windsurf, kayak rentals. Smathers Beach has approximately 250,000 patrons annually. Key West is also home to Duval street, Mallory Square and numerous other attractions.

One of my guest said it best, so I decided to copy and paste.

"Key West is a special place. A 5 minute drive from Kokomo are the tourist attractions such as the Hemingway House, the Truman White House, the street entertainers of Mallory Square, the guided tours via the Conch Train and the sites of Duval Street.

Key West has as many fine restaurants per square mile as New York or Boston; some of our favorites are Blue Heaven, Two Friends, Mangos and El Siboney.  Boats can be charted for sport fishing, to look for dolphins or to go out in the gulf where one can then take kayaks through the mangrove swamps.

HD opera is available at the Tropic Cinema, this theater with Marilyn Monroe in front has movies every week. You can enjoy the movie with a bottle of wine or a glass of wine. The decor is modern.

Love it!! Thank you Steve!
