Kokomo is an Ocean front condo rental with an ocean view, located on the 3rd floor (accessible by elevator or stairs) of the La Brisa Condominiums, East building, a gated community and one of Key West's finest ocean side places.

Kokomo is fully equipped:

• 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2nd bedroom has twin beds with a king bed optional.

• Main bedroom has a king bed with an ocean view/ private bathroom and access to the balcony.

• Queen sleeper sofa in living room

• HE washer/dryer some laundry supplies

• 3 smart TV's in both bedrooms  

• ceiling fans in every room

• Living area has a Smart TV, Blu-Ray DVD player

• Wi-Fi

• Land line, cordless phones.

• 1- 8inch table fans for those of you that like to sleep with a fan

• We also leave Keurig coffee pods

• body soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion

• Kitchen: microwave, ice maker, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee makers, toaster, blender, George Foreman Grill for inside use, crock pot, dishes, glass ware last but not least, linens, regular towels and pool towels its just ready for you.
