As owners we do our own bookings, so we do not have to pay commissions! This is why we are able to offer you below market rates.

Kokomo is a NON-Smoking unit

The La Brisa Condominiums do not accept:

Pets of any size, boats, wave runners, trailers, RV'S, Student groups, College/University spring breakers.

Must be 26 or over to rent. Kokomo sleeps 5.
